Training Info & Photos

The morning training session runs from 6:30am-9:30am and the afternoon session runs from 4:30pm-6:30pm. This is the schedule from Monday-Saturday (as with most gyms, Sunday is a rest day).

A typical session starts off with jogging (3km-6km), then once back at the camp, you’ll skip for approximately 10 minutes and do some stretching and shadow boxing to further warm up. From there its bag work (6 rounds), pad work (5 rounds of 3 minutes each) and then some technical sparring (which is optional) and some clinching and conditioning exercises to close out the session.
